Hi and welcome to ‘Foto-Friday’
As the name suggests, I’m planning to share a single photo with you each Friday, but miss-spelling photo to combine the double F of the 2 words. Yes I know, not my most creative moment (it is spelt Foto in Portuguese though!)
Unlike the other articles on my site, this will be one shot and a few words.
A few months back – Three weeks at my parents house, not so much time for photography, and not for happy reasons.
I find Portugal inspiring to shoot – I find my home town banal. So I made myself visit some places that I knew well from my childhood and see what I could shoot!
This a railway line that runs over an old clay pit, that’s now a lake (and has been since the 1940s). In my childhood I found things here that any 1980s 11 year old boy would be delighted with, snakes, newts, fossils 🙂
I found none of that 30+ years later!
