Foto-Friday, every Friday a new picture
Now I know that cat pictures aren’t everybody’s cup of tea.
But sometimes you just gotta make a photo from what presents itself to you!!
I don’t usually share the technical stuff with you (the exif is on Flickr for those that care!) but I really wasn’t planning on this shot! I was off out to shoot other things and the camera was set up for that – namely a 2 stop ND and base ISO, I had only a moment to shoot this so I focused on the framing and didn’t adjust the camera. I was quite pleased with the critical sharpness for 1/24th!!
Anyway, here’s the back story.
These cats live stray near my building where they’re fed by many well wishers! (incl. me)
They’re very timid and shy, normally they’d rather run away than hang around, but I just happened to be passing, and I just happened to have my camera and after the first (failed) shot was attempted the noise of the shutter intrigued them enough to briefly hold their attention.
