Foto-Friday, every Friday a new picture
I see this guy nearly every time I go into town, always feeding the birds.
It always seems such a private moment for him, oblivious to everything except the pigeons
I finally found the courage to ask for a photo and he said yes (well he nodded), and went back to his birds
I wonder if he does this everyday?
Ok so the following observation isn’t so true in these Covid times…
…but he’s there with his birds, the world rushes around him, people going about being people and doing people things
Yet he sees and hears only pigeons, rushing about doing pigeon things, the beats of the wings and the sounds of their contentment.
The rest of us rush about being people and doing people thigs
A world within a world. Not so different.
But it can’t be a bad thing to step off the merry-go-round every so often.
