Foto Friday: Dry at Night

Foto-Friday, every Friday a new picture

At the beginning of May we took a little trip to make a city break. (I love those)

When you visit a city not so far and not so different to your home city..

..everything is a little bit the same, yet wonderfully different

You wander the streets by day and the vibes and sounds are familiar, but the sights are not.

Then night arrives with purple curtains!

Ah the night, the time when most places change into a different beast!

Streets empty and shadows grow, welcoming spaces can take on a foreboding undertone. A city by day is like a river, flowing with people and at night the waters recede exposing the bare bones terrain of the pathways and buildings

No matter what the weather’s doing, it always some how seems to be..
