Friday arrives so it’s Foto-Friday time!
I know, I know.. a cat photo! 🙄
But this is actually a street scence!Â
This cat was in the heart of a large famous city, it wasn’t stuck in the railings..
It was merely surveying all who passed (which was a great many people) from a position of height and of calm!
It might briefly have been the most photographed stray cat in all of Europe.. however it’s contentment extended only to human voyeurism.. human touch was rewarded with a gentle but firm little bite!
This had a delightful repetition of Aaaah what a sweet cat (in many languages), then the ‘click’ of a camera/phone, followed by an attempt to pet, then OUCH a hastily withdrawn hand from the shock of a painless bite! (Accompanied by giggling from everyone standing there long enough to know what was going to happen)
A little experience that many lived thought that day, including yours truly!
