Friday arrives so it’s Foto-Friday time!
This week I’d like to think that I’ve combined both street photography and travel photography!
To be honest as great as street photography is (and it is) this particular landmark is so incredible that any humanistic element to the photo pales in comparison to the actual humanistic endeavour of the architecture itself (well i think so anyway, you may not..)
This scarcely needs words really, what I can I say?
We didn’t uber it to arrive there, we took a meandering path through the heart of the city.
We strolled past the big name stores, headed out of the centre along the busy roads that interconnect the sprawling suburbs, passing inner city coffee bars and bazars.
We reached a strip of green parkland, welcomed the shade of the trees, followed the pathway to be greeted with the famous behemoth of the city.
Breathtaking.
It was a complete bonus to have some (but not too many) people there to have in the shot!
